``plot,,
Death, destruction and mayhem. Its just another day in Japan. Gangs are running rampant and people are struggling to live. The newly built Tokyo Memorial Tower stands proud but the black out that took the lives of thousands is not forgotten. Citizens need to find someone to blame and who better than the ones who are supposed to protect them?
Shiho-Seido officers have with help from the city and other anonymous benefactors arranged for a celebration to honor those that have passed during the Winter's terrible black out and open the newly erected Tokyo Memorial Tower to the public. Of course with so much hatred for the Shiho-Seido this might not go too well. Either way free drinks, food and company just come to the foot of the Tokyo Memorial Tower.
The theme, layout of this site was put together by Zion. Please respect that and do not take ideas from here. So few does the staff here have good thoughts. All characters are creation, property their respective owners.

Okinawa Okinawa Island (沖縄本島 Okinawa-hontō,or 沖縄島Okinawa-jima) is the largest of the Ryukyu Islands, and is home to Naha, the capital of Okinawa Prefecture. United States Armed Forces personnel and Kadena Air Base have remained on Okinawa Island by invitation of the Japanese government as part of the Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security between the United States and Japan.
In 1990, the total population of Okinawa Island was an estimated 1.22 million people, comprising Ryūkyūans (especially native Okinawans), Japanese people, and expatriates, as well as American military personnel and their families.
Whereas northern Okinawa Island is largely unpopulated, the south is markedly urbanized—particularly the city of Naha, and the urban corridor stretching north from there to the city of Okinawa. The island also houses six gusuku, Okinawan fortresses most of which now lie in a state of ruin. Moderator: Enya Hotarubi
